The Cube Cowork offers three spaces to hold your next meeting and/or event. Our available space can accommodate events of 2-125 people. Each space offers different amenities and options.
All reservations must be canceled within 72 hours otherwise, you will be charged for the full reservations. All spaces CAN be rented beyond regular working hours of 9am-5pm. Overage time is charged in 30 minute increments. Room must be cleared at the ending time of the reservation, or charges will incur. (Example- If reservation time ends at 3pm and the room is not emptied or checked out by 3pm you will be charged for an additional time starting at 30-minute increments). Please note: We do not offer discounts to non-profit organizations.
Small Meeting Room
Seats up to 8 people. The small meeting room comes with a mini white board and a TV for projection. WIFI is included in this rental.
$35/hr min of 2 hours
Large Meeting Room
$50/hr min of 2 hours
Seats up to 15 people. The large meeting room comes with a white board and a TV for projection and camera capabilities. WIFI is included in this rental.
Gallery Space
$150/hr Mon.- Thurs. & $200/hr Fri.-Sun.
All rentals are charged a $200 refundable deposit and $75 trash disposal fee. This charge is in addition to the rental fee.
Holds up to 100 people with tables and 125 without tables. The Gallery space is an ideal venue for any occasion—whether it’s a birthday party, baby shower, play, recital, graduation celebration, community meeting, networking event, or business launch. Each rental includes 10 60-inch round tables and 100 banquet chairs, along with 1 hour before the event for setup and 1 hour after for breakdown. If you need additional time, extra hours are available at the standard hourly rate.

How to book our Gallery Space
Step 1: Click on the reserve button above
Step 2: Create an account in our system
Step 3: Click on "Book" and choose your date and time. In order to choose your time you MUST drag the cursor to choose the appropriate time.
Step 4: Input your credit card information in they system. We are a CASHLESS business.
Step 5: Click on the rental contract, complete it and return it to The Cube staff by emailing it to info@thecubecowork.com.
Step 6: Once we received your signed contract we will charge you the $200 deposit and your date will officially be reserved. If we do not received your signed contract AND deposit your date WILL NOT be reserved.
