HOW THE CUBE MEMBERSHIPS WORK
Here's What you Really Need to know?
What is Coworking?
Coworking a shared office space to work, network, and expand
What is Coworking for Parents?
The Cube provides on-site babysitting services. While parents are working in our open workspace, children are in our dedicated play area with our babysitter.
Does The Cube provide daycare?
The Cube is NOT a daycare provider. We are just like your local gym which provides babysitting services while on-site. Parents can NOT leave the premise WITHOUT their child.
How does the membership work?
If you are interested in a membership, visit our membership page and select your membership of choice. Some membership packages DO NOT include babysitting services. Those packages that do not include babysitting services will be charges at the pay as you go rate. Once you have selected your membership, visit our location and start working! Members who select membership packages that come with special discounts will need to create a login to our members-only site to access benefits.
Can I use the play area without the babysitting service?
No, our play area is always supervises for the safety of your child.
How do I pay my bill?
When signing up for a membership you created an account with proximity. You will need to login to that account for any billing or account information.
When will I receive my first bill?
For all memberships EXCEPT our day-to-day option, billing occurs 30 days after your first day in the space.
Can I cancel anytime?
Most packages are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. Those that are canceled in the middle of a monthly cycle will be charged for the full month.
What do I need to bring for my child?
We have plenty of learning toys and tools. However, you do need to bring any food or snacks for your child that you would like for us to provide as well as any diapers, extra clothing, etc. We have plenty of space to store bottles and food! All children’s belongings should be labeled.
If a child is ill, please DO NOT bring him/her to The Cube. If your child has been kept home from school, has a fever of 100 or above, has a runny nose with yellow or green discharge, a rash has been on antibiotics for less than 24hrs or any other health reasons, they will not be accepted into our play area. The Cube staff has authorization and obligation to deny the use of the play area to sick children.
Well-behaved children are always welcomed in our play area. Incidents that require discipline and compromise the safety of other children or staff may result in a minimum three-day suspension from the play area. Biting incidents are a mandatory 2-day suspension from the play area. If a child is upset or uncomfortable for a period of ten (10) minutes or longer, the Staff has the option to request parental assistance
Children must have clean diapers upon entering the play area. Changing diapers is a courtesy to our members, however depending on staffing and children ration it may not be possible for our staff to extend this courtesy. Parents will be responsible for diaper changes at the discretion of our staff. We will try to minimize interruptions.
