EVENTS AT THE CUBE
The Cube Cowork offers three spaces to hold your next meeting and/or event. Our available space can accommodate events of 2-175 people. Each space offers different amenities and options.
All reservations must be canceled within 72 hours otherwise, you will be charged for the full reservations. All spaces CAN be rented beyond regular working hours of 9am-5pm. Overage time is charged in 30 minute increments. Room must be cleared at the ending time of the reservation, or charges will incur. (Example- If reservation time ends at 3pm and the room is not emptied or checked out by 3pm you will be charged for an additional time starting at 30-minute increments)
Small Meeting Room
Seats up to 8 people. The small meeting room comes with a mini white board and a TV for projection. WIFI is included in this rental.
$40/hr min of 2 hours
Large Meeting Room
$50/hr min of 2 hours
Seats up to 15 people. The large meeting room comes with a white board and a TV for projection and camera capabilities. WIFI is included in this rental.
$150/hr Mon.- Thurs. & $200/hr Fri.-Sun.
All rentals are charged a $75 trash disposal and clean up fee. This charge is in addition to the rental fee.
Holds up to 125 people with tables and 175 without tables. The Gallery space is the perfect place to host your next birthday party, baby shower, play, recital, graduation party, community meeting, networking event, business launch, etc. Our space rental comes with 10 60inch round tables and 100 banquet chairs. Additional tables and chairs can be rented for an additional cost.
